WELLNESS:
The wellness curriculum focus at Quest to Learn is a lifestyle approach that students, teachers and community members use on a daily basis. One credit of Health is required during the middle school and high school years. Throughout the year we follow the NYC Health Smart curriculum in alignment with the NYS standards for Health and Physical Education. Wellness education takes place both in the classroom and the gym. Students take part in the New York City DOE Fitnessgram testing during physical education classes. All year long we prepare students for the various fitness components, including: Teamwork/project adventure, team and individual sports.

SPORTS:
Middle School Students participate in Manhattan Youth Middle School Athletic League (MSAL). Through our partnership with Manhattan Youth we offer a wide variety of team sports and clubs each season. Sports offerings are often, but not limited to: volleyball, flag football, cross country running, soccer, basketball, table tennis, baseball, track and field and ultimate frisbee.
