Hello all,

The event is from 5-6pm in the gym.  We will need 30 minutes on both sides for setup, so 4:30-6:30.  We are anticipating 50-75 people coming throughout the time. Our cutoff for new entrants will be 5:45pm.  We will have student escorts bringing families up from the lobby to the gym. We will also be running a few timed tours of the 5th floor, ending at 5:45.

ALL participants are currently enrolled students and their families.
