Dear Client,

We are writing to provide you an update on the outage on the IO Suite of products.

Our top priority is to restore full functionality to our systems as soon as possible and to fully investigate the incident and confirm the affect to our systems.

Our teams are working around the clock to get our systems up and running. Our investigation is ongoing, and we don’t yet have a timeline for restoration.

We deeply understand the criticality of these systems and are mindful of the important upcoming education deadlines. In addition to all hands on deck to bring the systems back up, we are also exploring any workarounds we might be able to provide you to support critical operations.
